Moving Beyond Pain

Moving Beyond Pain, founded by Andy Steigmeier, is an integrative approach for treating acute and chronic pain. It refers to a state of life beyond the limitations and challenges imposed by pain, focusing on strategies and natural approaches to help individuals find relief, gain control, become stronger, and live a pain-free meaningful life without the need for drugs or surgery. Andy provides gentle hands on therapeutic bodywork techniques with strength and conditioning exercises to bring your body back into balance.
